Bolingbrook and Romeoville Police Blotter: May 5-June 14

 

Note to readers: Information in Police Blotter is obtained from Bolingbrook and Romeoville police departments and the Will County Sheriff’s Office. Individuals listed in Police Blotter charged with a crime have not been proven guilty in court. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

BOLINGBROOK

JUNE 8

Leantoine Williams, 23, of Bolingbrook, was charged with three in-state warrants, on the 200 block of Falconridge Way at 7 p.m.

JUNE 9

Gary Coates, 51, of Bolingbrook, was charged with an in-state warrant at 9:24 a.m.

Yong Jurman, 76, of Bolingbrook, was charged with an in-state warrant, following a call to the residence at 9:30 a.m.

Beau Sibley, 30, of Ottawa, was charged with an in-state warrant, following a traffic stop on the 300 block of Bolingbrook Drive at 9:45 p.m.

JUNE 10

Steven Hatley, 58, of Bolingbrook, was charged with two counts of DUI, following a traffic stop at Briarcliff Road and Glengary Drive at 12:16 a.m.

JUNE 11

Officers were called to Meijer, 755 E. Boughton Road, for the report of a retail theft. Unknown subject selected three bottles of alcohol and exited the store at 11:53 a.m. without rendering payment. Loss valued at $356.

Officers responded to Casa Margarita, 145 S. Weber Road, for the report of a theft. Unknown subjects exited the business without paying for food at 12 p.m. Loss valued at $43.

JUNE 12

Kenneth Jackson, 39, of Bolingbrook, was charged with an in-state warrant at 9:35 a.m.

Rickey Moland, 33, of Bolingbrook, was charged with an in-state warrant at 9:30 p.m.

Officers responded to the 100 block of Delaware Drive for the report of criminal damage to property. Suspect pushed their hand onto the hood of victim’s vehicle trunk causing a large dent at 11:20 p.m.

A security gate was damaged to a building on the 300 block of Blair Lane sometime overnight. Damage valued at $100.

JUNE 13

Officers were called to the 400 block of Justine Avenue for the report of a residential burglary. The homeowner discovered an unknown masked subject inside the residence at 3:45 a.m. The subject ran off when the victim screamed out for help.

Officers responded to Meijer, 225 N. Weber Road, for the report of a retail theft. Unknown subject exited the store at 9:51 a.m. with assorted groceries without rendering payment. Loss valued at $231.

A glass patio door was shattered from a BB gun at 8:40 a.m. on the 400 block of Salem Square.

Unknown subject was seen shooting vehicle windows with a BB gun on the 300 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive at 2 p.m.

Timeko Street, 25, and a 16-year-old juvenile both from Chicago were both charged with retail theft and resisting a peace officer, following a call to Marshall’s, 1158 W. Boughton Road, at 6:35 p.m.

JUNE 14

A wallet was removed from a kitchen table of a residence on the 200 block of Woodcreek Drive while the victim was moving at 3:30 p.m.

A necklace, charms, laptop, wallet, cash and a gift card were taken from a residence on the 500 block of Preston Drive between April 8-June 14. Loss valued at $335.

Officers were called to Walgreens, 1295 Lily Cache Lane, for the report of an aggravated robbery. Unknown subjects entered the store at 11:45 p.m., demanded money from the register, took cash and exited in a waiting vehicle.

ROMEOVILLE

MAY 5

Keith Hastings, 37, of Joliet, was arrested at 8:30 a.m.in the area of Romeo and Sunset for DUI, no insurance, one taillight and illegal transportation of alcohol.

MAY 13

Johnny Casper, 18, and Terion Piearson-Walker, 18, both of Plainfield, and Draton Ratcliff, 18, of Bolingbrook were arrested at 12:28 p.m. in the 400 block of South Weber for public fighting.

Leonardo Martinez, 18, of Chicago, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. in the area of Romeo Road and Claire for failure to report an accident to police, improper lane usage, failure to yield, illegal transportation of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to give information and failure to notify Secretary of State of address change.

MAY 20

A retail theft was reported at 8:21 a.m.in the 300 block of North Independence. Suspects took three containers of baby formula valued at a total of $109.97 from the business.

MAY 21

Gladys Tackey-Otoo, 59, of, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. in the area of Weber and Romeo roads for DUI and speeding.

David Tincher, 35, of Lockport, was arrested at 6:34 p.m. in the 0-100 block of Harmony for criminal damage to property.

MAY 22

Mario Mora, 29, of Romeoville, was arrested at 3:59 p.m. in the 600 block of Lynn for criminal damage to property and an in-state warrant.

MAY 23

Gerardo Ortiz, 20, of Romeoville, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. in the area of Normantown and Weber roads for driving with a suspended license and obstructed windshield.

MAY 24

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at 8:06 p.m., in the area of Creekside Drive and Weber Road for no valid driver’s license, speeding and no insurance.

A residential burglary was reported at 8:47 p.m. in the 400 block of Farmbrook Court. Suspects damaged a service door while trying to gain entrance into a garage.

MAY 25

Carl Zito, 34, of Romeoville, was arrested at 6:47 a.m. in the 600 block of Kingston for driving with a suspended license, no insurance, suspended registration, disobey traffic sign and two in-state warrants.

Alexis Washington, 20, of Champaign, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. in the 0-100 block of Arlington for an in-state warrant.

A burglary to motor vehicle was reported at 1:25 p.m. in the 100 block of Belmont. Suspects entered an unlocked vehicle that was parked in the driveway of the residence and took a pair of earbuds valued at $40.

Three burglaries to motor vehicles were reported at 2:46 p.m. in the 100 block of Belmont. Suspects entered three unlocked vehicles and took change, wallets and nursing equipment from the vehicles.

Miguel Lopez, 38, of Plainfield, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. in the area of Weber and Taylor for no valid driver’s license and improper lane usage.

Haley Weber, 19, of Joliet, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. in the area of McKool and Gordon avenues for possession of controlled substance.

Hector Sanchez, 40, of Crest Hill, was arrested at 8:52 p.m. in the area of Route 53 and Normantown Road for driving with a revoked license and disobeying a traffic signal.

Lashawn Williams, 28, of Plainfield, was arrested at 9:49 p.m. in the area of Weber and Normantown roads for no valid driver’s license and improper use of cell phone.

David Rodriguez-Alonzo, 31, Romeoville, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. in the 200 block of McKool for an in-state warrant.

Virginia Hale, 47, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 9:49 p.m. in the area of Windham Parkway and Lakeview Drive for no valid driver’s license, no seat belt, expired registration and an in-state warrant.

Francisco Alvarado, 44, of Joliet, was arrested at 10:46 p.m. in the area of Route 53 and Taylor Road for DUI and improper lane usage.

MAY 26

Laverne Moulton, 47, Joliet, was arrested at 8:50 a.m.in the 1000 block of Romeo Road for disorderly conduct.

A theft under $500 was reported at 10:42 a.m. in the 200 block of Violet Drive Suspects took a package containing a belt valued at $95 from the porch of the residence.

Charles Hunter, 20, of Romeoville, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. in the area of Amherst Avenue and Belmont Drive for possession of controlled substance, possession of cannabis, delivery/manufacture of cannabis and an in-state warrant.

Ralph Parker, 65, Lisle, was arrested at 6:52 pm, in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for driving with a suspended license.

Martiniano Apanco-Mejia, 46, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 7:04 p.m. in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for driving with a revoked license and two in-state warrants.

Andres Alonso, 26, of Shorewood, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at 7:14 p.m. in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for no valid driver’s license and no insurance.

Ashley Hopkinsbey, 24 of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 8:01 p.m. in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for driving with a revoked license.

Armando Benitez, 36, of Crest Hill, was arrested at 8:26 pm, in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for driving with a suspended license.

Shakila Wilson, 26, of Joliet, was arrested at 8:55 p.m., in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for driving with a revoked license.

Miles Stallings, 34, of Lockport, was arrested at 9:40 p.m., in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for no valid driver’s license and no insurance.

George Rodriguez, 26, of Berwyn, was arrested at 9:45 p.m., in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for no valid driver’s license.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at 10:23 p.m. in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for no valid driver’s license.

Tony Pittman, 30, of Crest Hill, was arrested at 11:08 p.m., in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for driving with a suspended license and no front registration plate.

Dionte Wise, 24, of Carol Stream, was arrested at 11:35 p.m., in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for driving with a suspended license, no insurance, failure to dim headlights, improper lighting and illegal transportation of alcohol.

MAY 27

Anthony Hite, 19, of Joliet, was arrested at midnight in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for no valid driver’s license.

Kasena Barker, 29, of Joliet, was arrested at 12:01 a.m., in the area of Route 53 and Material Road for no valid driver’s license, no insurance and improper lighting.

Rahjan Muhammad, 25, of Naperville, was arrested at 12:30 a.m.in the area of Weber Road and I-55 for driving with a suspended license and disobey traffic signal.

Daniel Yarbough, 43, of Joliet, was arrested at 2:54 a.m. in the area of Weber Road and Creekside Drive for driving with a suspended license and no rear registration light.

Alexsandrea Miranda, 21, 1818 Dearborn St., Crest Hill, was arrested at 9:54 a.m. in the area of Route 53 and Taylor Road for driving with a suspended license and speeding.

MAY 28

Eddie Baker, 18, of Romeoville, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. in the 1600 block of Rose Circle for possession of cannabis.

A burglary from motor vehicle was reported at 9:35 a.m. in the 100 block of Ferndale. Suspects took a jacket and keys from an unlocked vehicle that was parked in the driveway of the residence.

Sydney Allen, 20, of Romeoville, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. in the 200 block of South Weber Road for retail theft.

A burglary from motor vehicle was reported at 4:45 p.m. in the 400 block of Gainsborough. Suspects took a wallet from an unlocked vehicle that was parked in the driveway of the residence.

MAY 29

A criminal damage to property was reported at 8:52 a.m. in the 0-100 block of Abbeywood. Suspects spilled an unknown substance on two vehicles that were parked in the driveway of the residence. The paint was damaged on both vehicles. Damage is estimated at $4500.

MAY 30

Juan Duarte, 21, of Romeoville, was arrested at 8:02 a.m.in the area of Crossroads and Veterans Parkway for driving with a suspended license.

A theft over $500 was reported at 8:49 a.m. in the 1200 block of Windham Parkway. Suspects took two heavy, metal bases from the dock of the company. The bases are valued at $600.

Linda Sue Dalton, 66, of Romeoville, was arrested at 9:40 a.m.in the 1000 block of West Romeo Road for failure to register as violent offender.

A criminal damage to property was reported at 10:22 p.m. in the 1100 block of Windham Parkway. Suspects broke the rear window of a vehicle in the parking lot.

MAY 31

A theft over $500 was reported at 7:01 a.m. in the 600 block of North Bancroft Court. Several ladders with a total value of $880 were taken from a work site.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at 1:05 pm, in the 300 block of South Weber Road for retail theft.

Datrelle Kozeluh, 18, of Romeoville, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. in the 200 block of West Romeo Road for violation of order of protection.

A theft over $500 was reported at 3:13 p.m. in the 300 block Aster Court. Suspects took a package delivered to the porch of the residence. The package contained two I-phones with a total value of $1800.

Stefan Stolarick, 27, of Lemont, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. in the area of Grand Boulevard and Anna Lane for DUI, no insurance, in-state warrant, resisting an officer, no driver’s license on person, parking where prohibited and illegal transportation of alcohol.

Daniel Driscoll, 40, of Naperville, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. in the area Grand Boulevard and Anna Lane for resisting an officer, illegal transportation of alcohol and obstructing an officer.

JUNE 1

Christopher Bailey, 29, of Romeoville, was arrested at 8:50 a.m.in the 200 block of North Weber Road in Bolingbrook, for two in-state warrants.

Jim Thibeault, 38, of Sandwich, was arrested at 10 p.m. in the area of Romeo Road and Emery Avenue for DUI, driving with a revoked license, fleeing and eluding and criminal trespass to residence.

JUNE 2

A retail theft was reported at 8:28 a.m. in the 200 block of West Romeo Road. Two Suspects took a coffee beverage, phone charger and energy drink. The merchandise had a total value of $31.

Armando Oyarce, 49, of Romeoville, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. in the area of Weber Road and Highpoint Drive for driving with a suspended license.

JUNE 3

Shannon McKinney, 44, 1330 West Circle Drive Parkway, Crestwood, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. in the area of Romeo Road and Route 53 for driving with a suspended license, no insurance, suspended registration, operating vehicle with suspended registration, improper use of registration and no front registration plate.

JUNE 4

A theft under $300 was reported at 7:04 p.m. in the 400 of Chalmers Court. A subject caught on video took a package that was delivered to the porch of the residence. Contents of the package were valued at $73.98.

JUNE 5

A criminal damage to property was reported at 4:19 a.m. in the 2000 block of Whitmore. Suspects knocked over and damaged a mailbox at the residence.

A criminal damage to property was reported at 5:20 p.m.in the 1900 block of Somerset Drive. Suspects knocked over and damaged a mailbox at the residence.

A criminal damage to property was reported at 5:58 p.m. in the 100 block of Wedgeport Court. Suspects threw eggs at the garage door at the residence.

JUNE 7

Gabriel Vazquez-Gutierrez, 30, 115 Willow Avenue, Joliet, was arrested at 7:05 a.m.in the area of Romeo and Arsenal for speeding and driving with a revoked license.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at 9:24 pm in the area of Weber and Airport roads for no valid driver’s license and speeding.
