St. Mary Immaculate Home and School Craft Fair is Saturday, November 4 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in St. Mary Immaculate Gym. Crafter booth spaces are available and applications on a “first come, first serve” basis.
In order to keep some healthy competition and variety among crafters the number of crafters selling the same type of items is limited, so get your application in early. Only handmade or homemade items may be sold.
Booth gee is $40 August 1 through October 15, plus a donation from your wares valued at $10 for the raffle.
Electricity spaces are an additional $10 per space plus the item donation for the raffle, but spaces are limited, so please call for availability before submitting your application. Crafters must supply their own electrical extension cords.
Booth space is 10-feet wide x 6-feet deep (2 chairs included); 8-foo tables are available to rent for $5 per table (limit one per space)
Booth set up time is Friday 7-9 p. m. , or Saturday from 7-9 a.m. All crafters must be set up by 9 a.m. when doors open to the public.
Ninety-two booths are available and once these are filled a wait list will be started. The Craft Fair is in the gym and Cana Hall this year. If you have questions or would like an application, please contact Abby LeRoy: phone, 815-556-8279 or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
