Helen K. Farnham of Massillon, Ohio, passed away peacefully December 14, 2021. Helen was born in 1922 to Grant and Lena [Clow] King in Joliet, Illinois and grew up on a farm in Plainfield. Helen married Robert E. Farnham June 27, 1944, soon after they graduated from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. For many years the Plainfield North Tigers and the Oswego Panthers had many memorable battles on the diamond, battling for the old 10-team Southwest Prairie Conference title. With the addition of West Aurora and Yorkville at the beginning of the 2019-20 school year, the SPC split into two divisions - the East and the West.
