Come join The Conservation Foundation and the Friends of O'Hara Woods improve the ecological health of O'Hara Woods at our monthly volunteer workday.
Activities include cutting invasive brush, burning brush piles, pulling garlic mustard, and collecting seed from native plants.
No prior experience is necessary.
The address to O'Hara Woods is 524 Belmont Dr., Romeoville, and we will be meeting in the parking lot off of Beverly J Griffin Dr. (to the southwest of Lake Strini).
If you plan to attend, please bring a water bottle, a pair of work gloves (we will have extra), and dress for the weather.
